  •  Returns are available on all full priced items . **THIS WILL BE IN THE FORM OF A STORE CREDIT/ GIFT VOUCHER. This store credit is valid for a 6 month period from date of transaction.
  •  Item must be returned within a 14 day period of original purchase with original receipt/proof of purchase.
  •  Item must be returned with all original tags attached, inclusive of labels and item packaging
  •  Item must be received unworn, undamaged and in the exact condition it was purchased and sent. Please inspect item upon delivery to ensure this.

  • Store credit will be issued  within 4 working days of your received item minus the original shipping cost.
  •  All items purchased on sale are FINAL. Please note sales items  are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for change of mind, incorrect choice or sizing selection.
  •  This is inclusive when a discount code is used for a sale period. 
  • Swimwear, intimates, hats, eyewear and jewellery are not refundable and unable to be returned due to hygienic reasons in line with the Australian Consumer Law and if there is no breach of consumer guarantee. 
  •  Return shipping fee is at the customer’s expense and is non- refundable.
  • A returns sheet is provided with each order containing instructions that must be followed in order to receive a refund.
  • All orders should be returned to the  instructed address as stated on the returns form.
