•  Your LITTLE HIAWATHA purchase will be processed the same day of purchase and shipped the next business day.
• Express Post will be shipped the next business day for all orders.  
• Your purchase will arrive to your door in Little Hiawatha's signature packaging.

Please remember, Australia post does not ship on weekends or Public Holidays.

•  All orders within Australia are shipped at a flat rate of $10.00 per order, excluding bulky items (unless stated) or express post at a rate of $12.95.
• Shipping cost on all returns are non refundable. No exception.
• Completed purchases will be processed within 24 hours of purchase and sent the next business day.
• Please note, AUSTRALIA POST does not operate on weekends or public holidays. Please be aware Little Hiawatha is located in NSW and falls under NSW jurisdiction regarding Public  Holidays.

• Little Hiawatha offers International shipping to New Zealand, USA and UK.
• Shipping cost on all returns are non refundable. No exception.
• Little Hiawatha is not responsible for any cost associated with any additional charges, taxes, import duties from your postal service/government/country of order. This is the purchasers responsibility.  
• Little Hiawatha recommends using an insured or tracked mail service for all incoming returns, as we do not accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
• Please ensure all items are returned to us within the 14 days time period as set out in our Returns and Exchanges Policy. 
•  Little Hiawatha takes all care but no responsibility for packages once sent. This then falls under Australia Posts jurisdiction and we advise to contact them for all enquiries.
